Support Policy

For FarmWorks (all modules)

As always, Mid-South Ag Data is dedicated to continuously providing you with the highest level of support possible. We will continue to offer free support by e-mail at robert@midsouthagdata.com or by fax at 662-326-2772. You may expect a 24 hour response time for e-mail and faxed questions (a few hours in most cases).

All phone support will have an annual fee of $150.00. This plan will include extended support hours at night and on weekends. Alternatively, if you choose to purchase a month of phone support, the fee is $30.00. Phone support may be started at any time when you feel you need it.

You may also visit FarmWorks discussion groups. Support is free from Farmworks and MSAD for 30 days after initial purchase.

Farmworks Update Service Plan from MSAD

Includes:

• (12) months of toll-free phone support on all office and field (including Farm Works Mobile) solutions
• (12) months of software enhancements and updates
• Includes updates and support for two licenses of Farm Works Mobile

Price: $300/year + Shipping & Handling
(Non-Automatic Renewal Agreement $325/year + Shipping & Handling)
If you purchase the Update Service Plan with new software products, you will receive an additional $100 off of your total order.

If you have not kept your USP current there is a $100 reinstatement fee. You will need to add this to your cart to make sure your order is processed and for your service plan to take effect.
